  • Unused Materials – Refunds will only be considered if the e-learning materials have not been opened, downloaded, or accessed in any way.
  • No Refunds After Access – Once the e-learning materials have been delivered and accessed, refunds are not available.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

Refund Processing

  • Requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days.
